<p><span style='color: #ffffff'><strong>JOE KRAFT for President of Westlake City Council</strong></span></p>
Why Am I Running?

For a number of reasons.  Our current president of council has done a fine job on council since 1978.  He loves Westlake like I love Westlake.  We want what is best for Westlake.  A new, fresh face in government will bring new relationships, a change in dynamics, an increase in communication.  *Our taxes are relatively low.  We live in a vibrant, gifted city.  This will continue but we can’t take it for granted.  We must work at it.  *Westlake has many gems including Crocker Park, which make Westlake a destination city; not the rows of vineyards I used to run through.  We must continue to foster growth and safety. *I believe the new park will be an added gem benefitting residents and entertaining visitors.  I want a hand in its creation and want to continue.

A little about Joe:

Joe and wife of 24 years, Jacki, raised three sons, all of which attended Westlake Schools Kindergarten through 12th grade.
